Hi, I'm Kaylee. I'm a Nutrition Therapist Master.


Today, I'm a holistic nutrition practitioner, a skier, a climber, and the owner of my own business. But I have been there. In the dark and twisty part of my mind where I believed my health could never improve. I felt unfocused, tired, and often hopeless about my future.

Once I learned how to tune into my body and address the root causes of imbalance, everything changed. 

I got to work learning everything I could about my health. I needed to heal from years of damage caused by Celiac and Hashimoto's thyroid disease. This required a radical change in my diet and perspective. I had to give myself grace. I had to ask for what I needed. Along the way, I fell in love with food and its ability to transform how I felt in my body and my mind. 

I'm trained in using whole, nutrient-dense food to support the body. I look closely at diet, lifestyle, and mindset. My approach meets you where you are and shows you a clear, balanced way forward to a body & mind you know and love.

The goal of holistic nutrition is to support and optimize the body's innate healing abilities, promoting wellness and preventing disease.

Holistic nutrition focuses on improving and maintaining health through natural foods, supplements, and habits associated with eating a clean diet. These include sleeping well, exercising, meditating, avoiding processed foods, and limiting toxins from the environment. 

It's not one size fits all. It's not about restriction. It's not a specific diet. It's about you and your body's unique needs. As a holistic nutrition practitioner, I'll discover which foods, supplements, and lifestyle modifications work best in your body to achieve your most balanced state.
